Dagmar is a fiber artist, who offers high quality hand-dyed yarns, hand-knit items and sewn bags in various sizes.
Her passion for paper and writing is now incorporated into a new line of artfully decorated stationery products, like custom journals and notebooks, that feature one-of-a-kind collages.
She recently changed her business name, she says, “from love for the land to respect for its people, ZiaWoolz is now Paperdag Yarns!”.

Karin and Dagmar both grew up in Germany and their art is deeply rooted in what they call the “Heimatland,” where fiber arts such as knitting, crochet, and sewing are introduced from an early age. Karin’s Filzfreund work brings together knitting, crocheting, felting, sewing, rug hooking, and embroidery to create wall hangings, project bags, knitwear, and other unique pieces, often using repurposed fabric remnants.
