Sunburst Crepes is inspired by jianbing, one of China’s most famous street foods, a savory pancake.

We mix in vegetable juice, so every crepe is more nutritious and more colorful. Inside you’ll find two eggs, crispy fried wonton skins, shredded potato & carrot, and lettuce. For protein, you can choose bacon, chicken, or shrimp. We’ve been making them at the Downtown Growers’ Market and the Rail Yards Market since 2023, and the local community loves them.
