We are a small family-owned bakery, farm shop, and coffee/espresso bar and roastery that specializes in sourdough and other naturally leavened bread and pastry products. We source our ingredients locally and grow our own wheat on our family farm in Belen, NM. Our farm shop will have local goods from all across New Mexico.
